Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully as your use of service are subject to your acceptance of and compliance, with the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).
Duties and Liabilities of Customers:
The customers shall furnish truthful, authentic, relevant, valid, current, fair information for e-store. The customers shall provide proof as may be required by Krishy Foods to substantiate the information furnished. Krishy Foods shall not be responsible or liable for any inaccurate, false, excessive, outdated, irrelevant, information furnished by a customer.
Errors and Discrepancies:
While Krishy Foods takes every care and caution to make the e-store free of errors and discrepancies, it is possible for some mistakes to creep into the e-store by inadvertence, oversight, human error, innocence and honest belief in the information in good faith. Krishy Foods is not liable in respect of innocent dissemination of such information.
E-Store Sales
General Terms and Conditions of E-STORE:
ORDERS: Order will be received 24/7, 365 days.
RETURNS: No returns will be accepted unless the product is defective in quality / Manufacturing.
Cancellation: Cancellation of orders will be allowed up to 2 hrs from the time of order placement. Thereafter, no cancellation will be accepted.

All prices are in Indian Rupees.
Krishyfoods.com will start processing the order after the payment is credited to their account.
Krishyfoods.com disclaims all warranties or conditions, whether expressed or implied (including without limitation implied warranties or conditions of information and context).
Krishyfoods.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the sale of the products at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the security or proper administration of the service. Any such eventuality will be intimated to the customer within 2 days from the date of the order. Any payments made by the customer would be returned/reversed.
Krishyfoods.com reserves the right to refuse the sale of products to anyone at any point in time.
Wrong/Damaged Product:
Krishyfoods.com takes stringent measures to ensure that the products delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that a wrong product is delivered to you; in such a case, we will replace the product at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement or return of the product is made within 48 hours from the time of receipt of the product and in an unused condition (without opening the seal). There is also a remote possibility that the product may be damaged during transit. Please do not accept if the packaging is torn/tampered with/damaged. Usually the outer packaging reflects and gets damaged before the inner product is damaged therefore please verify the product condition in the presence of the delivery boy and avoid taking delivery if the product is damaged.
